Premier Archive have multiple high tech scanning equipments that are situated within our secure building. Our scanning department have a variety of scanning equipment and machines ranging from Canon high volume scanner, Canon multipurpose scanner and Fujitsu book and bound document scanner. All scanners are incorporated within a maintenance schedule and all adjustment feeder trays, scan plates and rollers are cleaned regularly.
All of Premier Archive Scanning Operatives are permanent fully employed members of staff all of whom have undergone a pre-employment security screening with regards to any pre-employment criminal background. All employees are provided with Induction training and annual refresher training. If required, additional training is available to ensure all members of the team are able to provide a quality service in every aspect of their individual job roles.
Premier Archive’s scanning services are completed with great care and attention, precision and undergo multiple quality checks. Log sheets are completed that detail the scanning equipment utilised, date of scanning, scanning operator, existing damage to the original paper record upon receipt by our team.
